What is your refund, cancellation, or date change policy?
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the total. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event date.
Cancellations received at least 10 days before your event are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Payments made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable, all cheeky prep and supplies are already in motion!
Need to reschedule? No problem! Payments can be applied to a new date within 45 days of your original event. (Additional fees may apply.)
We’re sorry, no exceptions — once we’ve started prepping, the cheekiness is officially underway!
What are your accepted payment types?
Do not submit payment until your event date and package are confirmed by Cheeky Palette. Accepted payment types are Zelle: hello@cheekypalette.com and Venmo: @cheekypalette
What is included?
We bring the materials, handle setup and cleanup, provide all the supplies (aprons, canvases, paint, stencils, pencils, etc.), and guide the fun, all at your location! Lite photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes (because we love showing off your creativity!)
What is NOT included?
Food and drinks are not included, but feel free to bring your own if the venue allows (we won't judge!) Tables, chairs, and your event location are also not provided.
What are the food & beverage guidelines?
Check with your venue first and follow their rules — we’re flexible! We don’t provide food or alcohol, but guests are welcome to bring their own if allowed… and for adult groups, a little liquid courage can definitely dial up the cheeky factor!
Do you offer smaller or larger Cheeky Package sizes?
Absolutely! Our standard packages cover 10–30 participants, but we’re always happy to customize for larger or smaller groups, with additional participant fees. Visit Packages + Rates to see which package fits your group or Say Hello! and let’s chat.
What kind of events do you do?
From team-building and community events to birthday parties, senior activities, hotel guest experiences, bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, pop-up art adventures, and more — if it’s creative, we’ll make it cheeky!
How long is a typical event?
It depends on which Cheeky Package you choose. 1 activity = Up to 2 hours, 2 activities = Up to 3 hours, 3 activities = Up to 4 hours. We start on time and end on time (late arrivals, we still love you, but we can’t extend your time).
Set up (expect 30-60 minutes prior to start time), clean up (expect 15-45 minutes after event time).
Who can attend a Cheeky Palette event?
We offer a variety of packages for adults and seniors. Our events are designed for guests 18 and older. Kids and teen events coming soon!
What extra add-ons do you offer?

What if we have late drop-ins or need extra materials?
No problem! Late drop-ins are $25-40 per person (paid within 24 hours of the event), depending on the Cheeky Package you choose with extra materials included (subject to availability). Take a peek at our Packages + Rates for all the juicy details.
What if we want to add an extra activity to our package?
Add a bonus art game for just $150, plus additional participant fees (depending on your Cheeky Package). Pop over to our Packages + Rates page for all the details.
What kind of customization do you offer?
We can get creative! Activities can all be customized so your event feels uniquely yours. Additional fees may apply.
Do you charge a travel rate?
Yes! Anything beyond 30 miles from our 90277 headquarters includes a small travel fee of $2 per mile.
We're having way too much fun, can we add on some extra time to our event?
Absolutely! We don't like to rush you, $50 for every 30 additional minutes to be paid before the end of the event.
We love your events, do you offer ongoing or recurring contracts?
We sure do! Our Supercheeky Series lets you book multiple sessions (3–5 or more) for ongoing creative fun. Whether monthly, quarterly, or seasonal, each session is tailored to your group. Available upon request, please visit Say Hello! and let’s chat.
Do you offer a Community Cheeky Rate?
Yes! For senior centers and community programs, we offer specially tailored packages. Available by request only, visit Say Hello! to get a quote that fits your group, space, and budget.
Can you provide a professional photographer/videographer to capture our cheeky group in action?
Absolutely! We work with outside vendors, subject to availability. This includes digital photos/videos for $300 flat, plus a $25 coordination fee.
Do we need any art experience?
Not at all! Our events are all about creativity, laughter, and having fun. All levels welcome and no experience required.
What should we wear?
Aprons are provided, but dress for mess just to be on the safe side. We can't offer credits or refunds for wardrobe casualties.
